Payments

Clients must pay a deposit or full payment before the project begins, depending on the agreement. Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started unless we agree otherwise in writing.

In addition, late payments may delay or suspend project delivery.

Revisions & Delivery

We provide limited revisions as part of our service packages. However, additional revisions may require extra charges.

Project delivery timelines are estimates. Therefore, delays may happen due to project complexity, client feedback, or missing information.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate content, feedback, approvals, and project requirements on time. Delayed responses may affect project timelines and could result in additional charges.

Intellectual Property

CodeArt Pro owns all original designs, code, graphics, and project materials until full payment is completed. After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

CodeArt Pro is not responsible for any losses, downtime, damages, or business interruptions related to the use of our services. Additionally, we do not guarantee specific business results such as Google rankings, traffic growth, or sales increases unless clearly mentioned in a written agreement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will appear on this page. Therefore, continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
