Cancellation & Refund Policy

At CODEART PRO, we are committed to delivering exceptional service quality and a seamless client experience. To maintain transparency and fairness in all our projects, we have outlined the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Project Planning & Milestones

Every project we undertake is carefully structured into defined milestones. Before any development begins, we conduct a detailed project analysis and prepare a comprehensive work document outlining the scope, objectives, and deliverables.
This process ensures that both CODEART PRO and the client have a mutual understanding of the project requirements—eliminating potential disputes or confusion later in the process.

Cancellations

Clients may request a project cancellation at any stage.
If a project is cancelled on mutual agreement, the client will retain full rights to all completed work up to that point. However, any future development tasks will be voided, and no further work will be delivered beyond the agreed stage.

A 30-day prior written notice is required for the cancellation of ongoing services or marketing plans.

Refunds

CODEART PRO maintains a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Work already completed or in progress at the time of cancellation

  • Deposits or advance payments made toward any milestone or service

  • Projects abandoned or inactive for more than 30 days

  • Marketing or promotional services purchased under limited-time or special offers

  • Approved design mock-ups that have proceeded to the development phase

No partial or full refunds will be issued once work has commenced or payments have been received.

Abandoned Projects

If a project remains inactive or without client response for over 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and automatically closed. All payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
